successfulmodels of stakeholder
engagement— such as the project’s
Masonville projectmodel.
Reagoso said that not all solutions
fit all portswhen it comes to
environmental initiatives. However,
when legislation is introduced, “we
try towork towards national or
international solutionswhere there is a
level playing field for all involved,” he
noted.
Reagoso added, “Our diversity of
cargos andmarine operations, our
location on a sensitive estuary, and
the excellent relationships between
community, environmental andport
constituenciesmake thePort of
Baltimore an excellent location for
continued federal investment.”
