Ivan Thomas
Ivan Thomas is a self-taught filmmaker while cultivating more skill in cinematography under the study with Philadelphian cinematographer Tim Fontaine. From there, he used his skills for DE.TV, Delaware’s premiere broadcast and social media content provider that shares positive stories and news about the First State’s largest city. The channel has grown to include Good Morning Wilmington, The Agenda, DETV Kids, and more. Thomas has also successfully lobbied Wilmington City Council to manage the city’s Public Access/Leased Access (PALA) television station and secured
DE.TV broadcast rights to Delaware Blue Coats games.

Greg Watkins
AllHipHop LLC
“Grouchy” Greg Watkins has been
in the recording industry since 1993 when he launched his own record label Oblique Recordings, and soon was selling MP3s. When the label closed years later, he and friend
Chuck Creekmur founded AllHipHop, a website that intensively covers the hip-hop music scene through a lens of a news organization. By 2003, the site was bringing enough revenue to make it Watkins’ full-time job. Throughout the years, the website AllHipHop received accolades like “CNN of hip- hop” by Essence magazine and the 2009 Best Hip Hop Online Site/App Award from BET. Almost 19 years after forming AllHipHop.com, Watkins’ launched CollegeHipHop.com to reach the next generation.
