Union Park Volvo Showroom and Service Renovation
EDiS took control of renovations of an auto showroom to update the Volvo facility to the corporate branding standards. The look was Scandinavian-inspired ambiance in keeping with the product line. Care was taken to provide relaxing customer space, a natural wood foyer and technology that “recognizes” the customer’s car upon arrival. Unforeseen site conditions required scope and construction adjustments to maintain schedule,
cost, and adherence to strict brand requirements.

University of Delaware Morris Library – The Nest
This small but meaningful interior renovation is notable for the skill and care devoted by the Gbuild team to deliver the project
in a fixed timeframe while simultaneously coordinating within
an existing building and achieving LEED sustainability standards. The innovative procedures followed by Gbuild were a construction waste management plan and a robust indoor air quality plan.
