W.L. Gore Associates Lovett Terminal C
Bancroft’s construction of W.L. Gore’s Terminal C project became the cornerstone of the Lovett Campus. This facility added office space, video conference spaces per Gore’s worldwide reach and
a gathering area overlooking a contemporary café. This project brought the possibilities of collaboration to the campus as is done in their global workplaces. The sophisticated design and chosen materials of CLT (cross- laminated timber); a rope divider wall; retractable projector screens; and flexible rooms all required heavy coordination between trades to accommodate Gore’s desired deliverable facility. Coordination and attention to details made this
a successful project according to Bob Wunder, Gore’s construction project manager.

DuPont Country Club Golf Training Facility
Bancroft’s construction of the DuPont Golf Training Center is a state-of-the-art facility for Rockland Sports. Features include technology for either TrackMan Digital or live play onto the range when the garage doors are lifted. All the bays are heated
to allow for year-round play. This project required extreme collaboration between the design and construction teams. The high level of specialty elements which made this project an East Coast showplace stressed the Bancroft team to perform
to an outstanding level.
