UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE OVER $5 MILLION
CORRADO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY UD South Green Utilities
This was an extremely complex project involving replacement of upgrade of the existing steam and condensate and chilled water liner in the University of Delaware’s South Green. The project required innovative methods to protect historic buildings and mature landscaping while incorporating phasing to ensure minimal disruption of service to multiple buildings and users who relied upon the steam and chilled
water system to operate.
