Project Eagle – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility
This state-of-the-art pharmaceutical
manufacturing facility is the first of its type in
the country for the 100-year-old Swiss-based
company, Datwyler. The building includes a
193,000 sf process facility with second-story
mezzanines, and a 30,000 sf office and lab.

Visitors are welcomed into the building with a
two-story atrium-style lobby wrapped in a glass
curtain wall. Wohlsen worked with the design/
build team to value engineer the project from
$125 million to $70 million, while still maintaining
important programmatic features. The project
