communities, and hope.
HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Sussex County Habitat for Humanity has
worked since 1991 to provide affordable
housing and foster community development.
Last year, they served over 1,380 individuals
through programs like homeownership,
Healthy Homes Repair, and Financial Literacy.
Their mission is to build strength, stability,
and self-reliance through shelter, ensuring
everyone has a decent home.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Sussex County Habitat for Humanity welcomes support through various
means: monetary donations, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, and in-
kind gifts of materials or services. The Habitat ReStore accepts donations of
gently used furniture, appliances, and home goods, selling them at discounted
prices. All proceeds and contributions directly support their mission of providing
affordable housing in Sussex County.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Sussex County Habitat for Humanity welcomes volunteers for various roles.
Construction volunteers build homes, while ReStore volunteers assist with
customer service and sales. Administrative and special events positions
are also available. No experience is necessary for most
opportunities, as training is provided. To learn more about
