HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
In honor of our daughter, Julia Grayce, who
passed away during childbirth in 2016, our
organization, Julia’s Light, strives to support
families who have endured the loss of a
baby/babies through advocacy work,
community events, and monthly support
group sessions.
We hold an event on Pregnancy and infant
loss Awareness Day. It is a special candle-
lighting ceremony that gives families a chance
to connect and honor their babies together. In addition, we share Julia’s bright
light with other children by holding an annual toy and item drive.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Julia’s Light holds a toy and item drive every December. It supports children of
migrant workers and refugees, providing new clothing and toys for the holidays.
Our recipients participate in the Delaware Department of Education Migrant
Education Program and St. Rocco Parish support services in Avondale, PA. In
2023, we provided toys and clothing to 350 children!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Julia’s Light is always looking for volunteers to help with our events such as
The Wave of Light for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day as well as
other events throughout the year.
