NASON CONSTRUCTION
In the GC/CM $2M–$5M category, Nason Construction is awarded a Merit for the Barnes & Thornburg Law Firm fit-out. The project consisted of a new build-out of 24,000 square feet. Its modern, professional design features a café and seating area, perimeter offices with glass wall systems, and large conference spaces equipped with movable walls (including glass retractable partitions) that offer open collaboration spaces.
GFP CEMENT CONTRACTORS
A Merit is presented to GFP Cement Contractors for Building 709 at Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park (CRISP) in the specialty trade concrete masonry category. GFP performed concrete demolition and slab replacement at CRISP, which involved 1,400 tons of stone, 900 cubic yards of concrete and an over 51,000-square-foot vapor mitigation system.
