NOWLAND ASSOCIATES
Nowland Associates is awarded a Merit in the GC/CM $10M–$15M category for ASPIRA Academy West Campus High School. In June 2023, Nowland completed construction on a four-year design/build renovation project, overcoming global supply chain issues from the pandemic. This effort allowed the school to open on time for the 2023/2024 school year, thanks to a client who valued the approach.
CORRADO CONSTRUCTION
In the site/civil $5M–$10M category, Corrado Construction
is honored with a Merit for NKS Distributions. Through
a combination of geotechnical expertise, earth-moving capabilities, daily adaptations and effective teamwork, Corrado overcame numerous obstacles, making a significant contribution to the successful completion of the NKS Distributions warehouse project.
