GGA CONSTRUCTION
A Merit is awarded to GGA Construction for Cadia Health- care Pike Creek in the GC/CM $5M–$10M category. The project involved an addition to the pre-existing operational facility. Through close coordination with all parties involved, the project was completed on time with minimal disruptions. The building now includes 55 new patient rooms, rehabilitation space, a dialysis unit and a courtyard.
WORTH & COMPANY
Worth & Company is honored with a Merit for the Great Wolf Lodge & Resort in the mechanical $10M and over category. The project involved the construction of a 126,000-square- foot waterpark and 700-room hotel, which includes a family entertainment center and restaurants. The project encompassed HVAC, plumbing, the installation of all equipment, pumps, and both above-ground and below-ground pool piping.
