FARRELL ROOFING
Farrell Roofing is honored with an Excellence in the specialty category of roofing. The University of Delaware’s Colburn Lab roof replacement consisted of installing all new tapered insulation, gypsum cover board and modified bituminous and reinforced liquid urethane roofing materials. With a very restrictive overhead clearance there were over 400 penetrations on the roof that required flashing and made watertight.
BANCROFT CONSTRUCTION
In the GC/CM $2-5 million category, Bancroft Construction is awarded an Excellence for The Archer Group’s 20,000-square- foot headquarters, which provides a new level of collaboration and creativity within the 10-story Courthouse Square building in Wilmington. The office features traditional work spaces with virtual and augmented reality technologies for the digital marketing company.
ASSURANCE MEDIA
Assurance Media is presented an Excellence in the specialty category of low-voltage cabling and AV systems. Assurance Media provided Wawa’s headquarters with exceptional telecommunications and audiovisual infrastructure. More than 52 miles of voice and data cabling was installed to over 800 locations around the facility. Wawa’s modern connectivity is set to fuel its growth for years to come.
THE TRI-M GROUP
In the electrical $10 million & over category, The Tri-M Group is awarded an Excellence for the Longwood Gardens Fountain. Tri-M is proud to have been part of the historic Longwood Gardens Main Fountain Garden revitalization project, providing the power, lighting and controls that bring the world-renowned Main Fountain Garden to life.
