WHITE PLAINS This jewel box of a powder room features a custom vanity with wood backsplash, wall-mount faucet, and beautiful basin. The green on the walls, Benjamin Moore’s Yorktowne Green HC-133, appears to change depending on the time of day. The overall design was inspired by an antique English bathroom but informed by today.

CARMEL This great room and kitchen were redesigned in a country home in Carmel. The deep green cabinetry echoes the lush Hudson Valley views visible through the expansive windows and wall of glass. The restrained use of color — green, black,
and white — conveys quiet and simplicity, which these homeowners cherish during their country sojourns.

JANE BELL INTERIOR DESIGN
WHITE PLAINS When designing for a bachelor’s penthouse apartment, the designers took cues from the views out the expansive windows. They used a regal shade of blue — Benjamin Moore’s Symphony Blue — for the cabinets. Blue Bahia granite was used on the island countertop. Pops of gold were used
for the hardware. To top it all off, they installed a black Cornu Fe range with satin-nickel and polished-brass accents.
