IRVINGTON This cobalt blue kitchen is in a house on a bluff overlooking the Hudson River. The design takes cues from the homeowner, who is sunny and free-spirited, and the river below. The designer used arabesque tile with a dark grout and three black light fixtures. The leatherette counter stools with black iron legs are washable and child friendly for a household brim- ming with boys and pets.
