HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Westchester Community College Foundation transforms the futures of SUNY Westchester Community College students. Thanks to community support, the Foundation annually provides more than $2 million in programmatic support and nearly $3 million in scholarships and emergency aid for students seeking academic degrees and workforce professional credentials. Annually, SUNY WCC’s presence in Westchester County results in $585.6 million in income added in the county and supports 5,837 total jobs in the county.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
We welcome contributions to support annual or endowed scholarships, workforce programs, emergency student support, and other high priority initiatives at SUNY WCC. We are happy to speak about your specific funding interests and about tax-savvy ways to give. Gifts of any size are appreciated and help to make a difference for our students.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
There is a wide range of volunteer opportunities, from working with an English language learner to help improve the student’s language skills, to tending our renowned Native Plant Center gardens, to sharing your expertise by speaking with our alumni and students, to helping to plan our varied fundraising events.
