I never imagined how much fun
I would have as a Girl Scout! I have gone camping, learned about STEM and other careers, helped in my community, and learned how
to care for my mental health.

HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Girl Scouting has prepared millions of girls
to become leaders, entrepreneurs, and
influential women. Girl Scout alumnae include
political leaders, astronauts, business owners,
professional athletes, and celebrities. One in
three American women today have been a Girl
Scout at some point in their lives. Girl Scouts
develop their leadership potential through
age-appropriate activities that enable them to discover their values, skills, and the world around them; connect with others in a multicultural environment; and take action to make a difference in their communities.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
From annual and memorial gifts to planned giving, matching gifts and gifts of stock, there are many ways to support the GSHH mission. Your support makes it possible for any girl – regardless of her family resources – to enjoy the GS Leadership Experience. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
The Girl Scout experience would not be possible without dedicated adult volunteers of all ages. From troop leaders and cookie chairs to field trip chaperones and troop treasurers, there are many ways to support girls. We provide training all year to prepare volunteers for their roles.
