Your attendees will be greeted with welcome

Thurgood Marshall Airport; in the

The Visitor Center, located at the Inner Harbor, will also feature your logo and event dates on its flat-screen monitors while your attendees are in town.

Provide your services manager with
the print specifications for an ad in your program and we will send you a collected, print-ready file.
Convention Resume
The Convention Résumé provides pertinent information about your citywide group, ensuring that the hospitality community
is ready to greet and accommodate attendees.
CTA Program
When visitors come to Baltimore and
ask for directions to an attraction or
a recommendation for a restaurant,
they need accurate information from a friendly, helpful hospitality worker or city employee. That is why the Certified Tourism AmbassadorTM (CTA) program aims to increase tourism by inspiring frontline hospitality employees and volunteers to stay “in the know” and enhance the visitor experience.
*Welcome Program varies based on size of group.
Voluntourism
If you’re looking for a fresh way to build team cohesion, why not try voluntourism? Rounds of golf or watching pro-sports games allow the group to network,
but voluntourism adds the element of working toward a common goal — the very definition of team-building.
And what better way to truly experience a destination than to meet those passionate enough to serve their communities?
Visit Baltimore partners with Business Volunteers Maryland (BVM), Greater Baltimore’s premier nonprofit specializing in coordinating volunteer events, to organize group service projects for visiting organizations.
The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) notes several group volunteer opportunities
in Baltimore as part of the Conscious Meeting Project initiative:
Packing and/or Providing Necessities
> ONE PROJECT works with Clean the World to provide materials for volunteers to build hygiene kits for donation to local missions.
> Meals on Wheels welcomes volunteers to pack meals for delivery to homebound citizens.
