Opposite Page, Top: We were proud to support the Greenpoint Manufacturing Design Center’s Ozone Park Industrial Center project. This 113-year-old factory has been rehabilitated into 85,000 square feet of manufacturing space that is leased to local woodworkers, artisans, custom fabricators, and other entrepreneurs at affordable rates. The building houses more than two dozen manufacturing businesses, providing approximately 80 jobs at the facility. The rehabilitated building achieved LEED certification and roughly two- thirds of the construction workers were based in Brooklyn and Queens.

be used to offset design, construction, and other costs associated with the development of the new co-working and business training space that will be built and operated by GJDC to provide business incubation services specially geared to advance innovation.
