The Garrett County Celtic Festival (gccelticfestival.com) celebrates the heritage, music, arts and culture of the Appalachian immigrants from Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Brittany. The 2023 celebration has been scheduled for Saturday, June 3.

by Oakland’s Little Yough Summer Music Festival (oaklandmd.com/ly-schedule. html) to discover local rock and country bands. The Stage Wisp Concert Series (wispresort.com/stage-wisp) features
free live music on Wednesdays in July and August, plus a Farm & Art Market you can browse for souvenirs. Lovers of classical music will appreciate Music at Penn Alps (musicatpennalps.org), a concert series with a focus on chamber ensembles and recitals performed by local artists.
