Greenwich Hospital serves Fairfield and Westchester counties. The top-class hos- pital is a teaching institution and a mem- ber of the Yale New Haven Health System.

CareMount Medical is the largest inde- pendent multi-specialty medical group in New York State, boasting more than 560 physicians and advanced practice pro- fessionals. NewYork-Presbyterian Med- ical Group Westchester is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital, and has 18 locations in central and south- ern Westchester. NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, and has 16 northern Westches- ter and Putnam County locations.
ONS Orthopedic & Neurosurgery Specialists, with offices in Harrison, as well as Greenwich and Stamford, CT, offers elite services with a team of surgeons and specialists providing high-quality care. The Greenwich location has an urgent care center.

Centers Health Care Martine Center in White Plains has services including ampu- tee recovery and training, cardiac therapy, palliative care, and more.
St Elizabeth Seton’s Children Founda- tion in Yonkers provides specialized clini- cal and rehabilitation services to children with physical and neurological conditions and disabilities. The hospital is the larg- est provider of pediatric post-acute care in the nation.
White Plains’ Martine Center of Cen- ters Health Care provides rehabilitation and nursing serves for those in West- chester and the Hudson Valley. Their team offers innovative processes to help those recover and rehabilitate in a com- fortable environment.
Urgent Care
AFC Urgent Care has locations in Yorktown, Hartsdale and Mount Vernon.
Its services include vaccinations and trav- el medicine, occupational medicine, and laboratory and digital X-ray.
CareMount Medical has three locations in Westchester (Mount Kis- co, Thornwood, and Yorktown) and five more in the Hudson Valley, including Fishkill and Carmel.
Formé Medical Center & Urgent Care is located in White Plains and is considered a community-based health- care facility, providing high quality healthcare in a top-notch facility. At Formé, physicians in different special- ties — such as neurology, gynecology, dermatology, and nutrition — are all under one roof. Behavioral Health Ser- vices for children, adults, and families are also available.
WESTMED Medical Group has six walk-in urgent care facilities through- out Westchester, including ones in New Rochelle, White Plains, Rye, and Ridge Hill in Yonkers.

Senior care facilities in Westchester
ATRIA SENIOR LIVING offers locations in Rye Brook, Ossining, Ardsley, and Briarcliff Manor. The national living community provides the Hudson Valley with caring, lively en- vironments for older adults. Housekeeping and a 24-hour staff are provided, as well as a full social calendar and scheduled transportation for local errands.
BETHEL in Ossining and Croton-on-Hudson, is the only not-for-profit organization in northern Westchester to offer a full continuum of senior care. THE BRISTAL ASSISTED LIVING in White Plains and Armonk provides a living communi- ty for seniors who are able to live on their own but might need help occasionally with daily living. THE OSBORN is a retirement community in Rye that offers different residential options like apartment homes and rental apartments.
