Loch Raven Commons Project
BPGS changed a 10-acre manufacturing site into
a modern mixed-use development. The result includes multi-family apartments, retail, health care and a convenience store with fuel pumps. The development became a Village Center for surrounding residential. The design included walkable streets, parks, a clubhouse, and a pool. The architecture maintained a residential
scale with pitched roofs and balconies.
