Wilmington University Brandywine Campus
This open site on U.S. 202 provided an exceptional canvas for Wilmington University to develop their new campus. EDiS’ coordination of all site activities, including work with Wawa and WSFS on adjoining properties, added to the complexities of this construction. The use of BIM, laser scanning and complete A/E/C teamwork helped EDiS incorporate programmatic changes without exceeding the client’s budget or timeline. This project will service Wilm U
for many years and be an asset to the Brandywine community.

Nemours duPont Pike Creek Pediatrics Clinic Relocation
This 6,000-square-foot fit-out relocates Nemours Pediatric Clinic into a new building. The relocation provides an updated layout with new colorful and playful finishes geared toward easing the anxieties of a younger patient population. The project went through a thorough constructability review before construction, which included subcontractor input as well. This resulted in the project incurring only one change order.

University of Delaware – 800 Barksdale Road
The objective of this project was to take a leased space and turn it into a functioning office and research lab for faculty at the University of Delaware. The building was completed in a way to manage cost and expedite schedule to work with UD’s scholastic program. Teamwork with the users, architects, engineers and subcontractors
was the excellence in making this project a success.
