The organization also provides temporary employment and janitorial services, with more than 3,750 people participating
in training and development opportunities in 2022 alone. Morrone also spearheads the organization’s recycling and sustainability initiatives by collaborating with academia, state agencies and neighboring Goodwills to create cleaner, greener communities.

of Dave Tiberi, who now serves as president of Emergency Response Protocol Safety and founder of Donate Delaware. Tiberi joined ERP, a regional security company, in 2007 and as its president is responsible for bringing
in new clients through prospecting, networking and partnerships. In
light of the coronavirus pandemic, he founded Donate Delaware as a way to support health care workers and first responders. He’s also spearheaded
a monthly networking effort and engaged in numerous community and charitable organizations as a volunteer and supporter.
