offi ce, partner Faiz Ahmad oversees
one of the biggest and most sought-

merger-and-acquisition work. He has

billion-dollar deals in his career and in

in Delaware history, including M&T
Bank’s acquisition of Wilmington Trust

Richards, Layton & Finger, the state’s
largest fi rm, in 2019. While her term
ended in 2022, Damon continues

Agency Services Group as an expert

Keith Donovan

Since 2018, Keith Donovan has
served as the managing partner of
Morris James, one of the largest law
fi rms in Delaware, where he oversees
70 attorneys and nearly 100 other
employees in offi ces across the state.
In his own practice, he is a veteran
personal injury lawyer with more
than 30 years of experience litigating
personal injury cases, including mass
torts and product liability claims. He
has successfully resolved thousands of
cases and won 45 in court. Donovan
is currently representing individuals
injured due to the water contamination
at Camp Lejeune.
