the largest leasing transactions in

One, Farmers Insurance, Computer
Sciences Corp., and CSC. Th at work
has frequently drawn Dangello
industry accolades naming him one
of the best real estate brokers in the
greater Philadelphia region. During
his tenure, Dangello has worked
with some of the largest landlords
in the region, including Equity
Commonwealth, Brandywine Realty
Trust, Buccini/Pollin Group, Trefoil
Properties, Keystone Property Group
and M&T Bank.

Peggy Del Fabbro

As the fi fth generation of Davis family
members to lead the storied M. Davis
& Sons construction fi rm, Peggy Del
Fabbro has been on the job since she
was a little girl. While she was hesitant
to follow in her father’s footsteps at
fi rst, she joined the family business
and worked her way through the
ranks until taking over in 2008. In her
tenure, Del Fabbro has launched boiler
and electrical power distribution
departments along with an
engineering group. Today, M. Davis is
the largest woman-owned company in
Delaware and a leader in customized
industrial solutions.

Pete Davisson, a founding partner of
the regional brokerage Jackson Cross
Partners, found his calling late in life.
He was 43 when he started as a full-time
broker, but found that he had an eye
for selling. Over the last four decades,
his career has spanned more than
1,000 transactions across more than
3-million-square-feet of space and $700
million in sales and leases, working with
national companies such as Bank of
America, DuPont, AIG and Bloomberg.

Ernie Delle Donne
Delle Donne & Associates
As a second-generation builder, Ernie
Delle Donne learned the ins-and-outs
of the development business from
his late father, Eugene. Th ey worked
together for four years as Delle Donne
& Associates, and today Ernie has
carried on the family legacy by building
some of Delaware’s most recognizable
buildings, including the Tower at
STAR on the University of Delaware’s
STAR Campus, 802 Delaware Avenue
that is home to Capital One, and now
Avenue North, a reimagining of the
former AstraZeneca campus in Fairfax.
Outside of Delaware, Delle Donne may
be best known as the father of two-
time WNBA MVP Elena Delle Donne.
