ASSURANCE MEDIA
An Excellence is awarded to Assurance Media for the Capital School District Middle School Campus. The Assurance Media team successfully executed the sound and audiovisual systems for the new middle school campus, which includes 80 classrooms, a gymnasium, an auxiliary gym, music rooms, cafeterias and digital signage throughout the building.
THE WHITING-TURNER CONTRACTING COMPANY
The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is presented with an Excellence in the GC/CM $2M–$5M category for the University of Delaware Center for Intercultural Engagement. The project was a 5,000-square-foot renovation of the second floor of the Perkins Student Center, which included the demolition of existing counseling offices to transform the space into an open and collaborative area.
