RALPH G. DEGLI OBIZZI & SONS
An Excellence is presented to Ralph G. Degli Obizzi & Sons in the mechanical $10M and over category for the Capital
School District Interconnected Middle School. Degli Obizzi & Sons installed more than 160 heat pumps and 130 toilets with accompanying sinks in the state-of-the-art facility. Each phase was completed in an assembly line fashion, with different trades following behind one another. Careful coordination between partners allowed for the efficient completion of the project.
EDiS COMPANY
EDiS Company is awarded an Excellence in the GC/CM $30M–$50M category for the Crysal Run Elementary School. The 92,000-square-foot school serves 400 students in grades 1 through 5. Boasting themed learning pods, state-of- the-art technology, and a design reflecting Appoquinimink School District’s vision, it stands as a beacon for innovative, interactive education.
