An Excellence is presented to Ralph G. Degli Obizzi & Sons in the mechanical under $2M category for the Kennett Square Library. The project faced challenges, including limited available space. RGD & Sons, with the assistance and communication of other trades and subcontractors, successfully coordinated and overcame these challenges to ensure that work continued as scheduled without any time lost.
DISABATINO CONSTRUCTION
DiSabatino Construction is honored with an Excellence in the GC/CM $15M–$20M category for Riverside Redevelopment Imani Village. The redevelopment of two blocks of the Riverside community into the first phase of Imani Village was both challenging and exciting. It required the collaborative efforts dozens of ABC members and the local community working with DiSabatino to complete this historic first step, providing 74 high-quality, safe and affordable housing units to this Wilmington neighborhood.
