M & S PAINTING
In the specialty category painting, M & S Painting is honored with an Excellence for the 519 N. Market Street Hotel, The Quion. The 24,000 square foot boutique hotel is the first in the city with 24 guest rooms, 75 seat fireplace café and lounge, 155 seat ground floor restaurant and a roof top bar. The project required a tight schedule of all trades while working in very tight quarters. The biggest challenge was the amount of detail in the building, as each floor had multiple high-end colors, specialty wall coverings and special designs to bring the boutique hotel to life.
