In the site/civil under $2 million category, George & Lynch is honored with an Excellence for the DP & L Water and Sewer Main construction. When DP & L’s Millsboro office annexed into the town, they were able to connect into the town’s sewer and water system, eliminating their outdated water well and mound septic system. George & Lynch installed the infrastructure to facilitate the upgrade.
