NICKLE ELECTRICAL COMPANIES
In the electrical category $5-10 million, Nickle Electrical is honored with an Excellence for the Incyte Lab & Parking Garage. The new laboratory and parking deck totals 284,000 square feet. Nickle provided all electrical components for the project with eight electrical rooms housing approximately 200 panels. Pre-fabrication and BIM play a huge part in the success of this project. It’s Nickle’s largest project to date.
WORTH & COMPANY
Worth & Company is presented an Excellence in the mechanical category $10 million and over for the Incyte Laboratory Building. Incyte’s newly constructed 200,000 square foot research and development facility is located in north Wilmington. The state-of-the-art facility features four floors of lab and office space which will enhance the company’s research
and clinical development capacity.
