HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Established nearly 50 years ago, Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. (MVNHC) sees 20,000 patients annually. We serve patients from all walks of life. Many of our patients are Medicaid-eligible or are working poor. For them, MVNHC
is their medical home; the only place they can reliably turn to, in order to have their healthcare needs met fully, expertly and compassionately.

LEADERSHIP
Judith Watson, RN, BSN, MPH CEO
Judith Watson joined MVNHC in 1994 and has held several leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, MVNHC, and Executive Director, Greenburgh Health Center. She is a veteran of the United States Army, having served
three years as an E-4 at Ford Station, Hawaii, and five years as a Sergeant in Orangeburg, NY.
Markos Asamenew, MS, MD, FACP Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Markos Asamenew has worked for MVNHC for more than 26 years. Prior
to being named Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Asamenew held a number of senior clinical and administrative positions with MVNHC. He received his medical degree from Universidad Del Noreste (Mexico) and completed his residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
