Marble America
How do you approach a renovation that involves marble or stone work? There’s no limit to the custom designs we can create. We’ve even duplicated ideas clients have found in magazines. Once we created a marble mosaic in the shape of a lion.
Any advice to keep in mind when working with stone?
Regardless of your project, don’t leave anything until the last minute! And always order extra ma- terial. If you run out, getting more material right away could be difficult, or it might be out of stock and delay the project.
Frank Branca, general manager New Dimensions Remodeling
How can you save time and money on a major renovation in this economy? We build in cost-saving measures. For example, we determine the availability of your materials to ensure no delays. We’ve negotiated special deals with suppliers, including no extra charges for specialty kitchen cabinet finishes or woods and special discounts on windows. And our pro- jected completion date and cost estimates re- main fixed unless you change the project.
How are you able to predict the completion date accurately?
Since our team of specialists—including carpen- ters, masons, sheetrockers, tapers, electricians, and plumbers, remain dedicated to your project from start to finish—we can determine how long your project will take.
