A second dining option has been added to the stylish New American restaurant 42 atop the Ritz-Carlton’s South Tower. Bellota serves tapas at the bar, lounge, and in the mezza- nine. On the menu: oysters, cheese plates, and a variety of meat, fish, and vegetable small plates (most dishes are under $20). The restaurant 42 offers entrées such as wild Alaskan halibut and Crescent Farm Pekin duck three ways. A $42, four- course, market-special menu is also available for din- ner.
