BYLAWS
The MSD Bylaws Committee proposed the following to be considered for change in the Bylaws. The suggested changes were adopted as presented and are listed below. Underlines indicates additions, while a strike-through 
ARTICLE III — MEMBERSHIP
Section 1 – Categories of Membership
and (e) retired members, and (f) supporting members. Acceptance of membership in the Society is contingent upon application approval and payment of any required dues at the time of application. All members must abide by and comply with the Bylaws of the Medical Society of Delaware which governs the conduct of members of this Society in their relation to each other and to the public.
Section 7 — Supporting Members (Insertion of new Section 7)
Supporting members of the Medical Society of Delaware are corporations or individuals, who embrace the ideals of the

reviewed by the Committee on Membership with recommendation to the Executive Board. The rights and privileges of supporting membership in this Society shall be limited to the purchase of products and services through the Society’s  
Supporting members may be required to pay membership dues to be set annually by action of the Council upon recommendation of the Budget and Finance Committee.
