Greenwich Hospital serves Fairfield and Westchester counties. The top-class hos- pital is a teaching institution and a mem- ber of the Yale New Haven Health System.
Medical Groups
CareMount Medical is the largest inde- pendent multi-specialty medical group in New York State, boasting more than 560 physicians and advanced practice pro- fessionals. NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Groups

NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital, and has 17 locations in central and south- ern Westchester. NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, and has 16 northern Westchester and Putnam County locations.
ONS Orthopedic & Neurosurgery Specialists, with offices in Harrison, as well as Greenwich and Stamford, CT, offers elite services with a team of surgeons and spe- cialists providing high-quality care. All loca- tions have an orthopedic urgent care center.
Westmed Medical Group consists of 500 top physicians and advanced care providers, and focuses on cutting-edge data analysis to create models of predic- tive health at its 13 locations. Featured ser- vices include cardiology, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and weight management, among many others.
ENT and Allergy Associates has more
than 180 physicians practicing in 40+ locations. Adult and pediatric ENT and allergy treatments are available for Westchester patients at seven different county locations.

Rehabilitation Services
Located in White Plains, Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, part of the Montefiore Health System, is known for its superb inpatient and outpatient rehab services.
Centers Health Care Martine Center in White Plains has rehabilitation and nurs- ing services including amputee recovery and training, cardiac therapy, palliative care, and more.
St. Elizabeth Seton’s Children Foundation in Yonkers provides special- ized clinical and rehabilitation services to children with physical and neurological conditions and disabilities. The hospital is the largest provider of pediatric post- acute care in the nation.
Urgent Care
AFC Urgent Care has locations in Yorktown, Hartsdale, and Mount Vernon,
and services include vaccinations and oc- cupational medicine, and laboratory and digital X-ray.
Urgent Care of New York has locations in Tarrytown, Thornwood, and Yonkers — and offers occupational medicine, physi- cals, lab services, and vaccines.
CityMD Urgent Care has four locations: Eastchester, Mamaroneck, White Plains and Yonkers, offering treatment for inju- ries and illnesses, pediatric care, physicals, lab services, and vaccines.
CareMount Medical has three locations in Westchester (Mount Kisco, Thornwood, and Yorktown) and five more in the Hudson Valley, including Fishkill and Carmel.
Formé Medical Center & Urgent Care is located in White Plains and provides high- quality healthcare in a top-notch facility. ATRIA SENIOR LIVING offers locations in Rye Brook, Ossining, Ardsley, and Briarcliff Manor. BETHEL, located in Ossining and Croton-on-Hudson, is the only not-for-profit organization in northern Westchester to offer a full continuum of senior care. THE BRISTAL ASSISTED LIVING in White Plains and Armonk provides a living community for seniors who are able to live on their own but might need help occasionally with daily living. Residents are offered personalized support services and can leave the facility at will. Small pets are accepted, provided residents can take care of them.
THE OSBORN is a retirement community in Rye that offers different residential options like apartment homes and rental apartments. Residential options range from independent living to on-site care. Osborn Home Care offers seniors of Westchester and Fairfield counties attentive care in their homes.
