continuously transforming to better meet the needs of its residents and businesses.

Here is a round-up the projects, spanning a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, lifestyle, intergenerational living and entertainment.
Transforming Downtown White Plains: The District Galleria
Set on the site of the former Galleria Mall in White
Plains, e District Galleria is a proposed mixed-use, transit-oriented development that blends residential spaces with vibrant retail, commercial pedestrian plazas and a quarter-mile promenade. Comprised of 46% open space, the project provides outdoor, garden-like spaces including landscaped gardens, courtyards, parks, and communal plazas.
“ e project is pending zoning approval,” says Bruce Berg, CEO of Cappelli Development Company. “But we have received a very positive response from the community thus far – they see its potential to transform quality of life in White Plains.”
Another Capelli project underway in downtown White Plains is Hamilton Green, an 860-unit, mixed-use, transit- oriented development at the site of the former White Plains Mall property.
