Like the Chamber, the medical professionals of Pisacano Eye Surgery & Laser Specialists have dedicated their lives and careers to the vision of the Bronx.
Despite having performed more than 40,000 surgeries, Drs. Michael and Anthony Pisacano have mastered the latest groundbreaking technology in their field, providing world-class eye care to each patient as if they were members of the Pisacano family.
Celebrating 50 illustrious years as a medical doctor, Dr. Anthony Pisacano graduated with honors from Georgetown Medical School en route to an internship with the Columbia Division of Bellvue Hospital. He has lectured and taught eye surgery all over the world. Dr. Michael Pisacano, meanwhile, received his medical degree and the Dean’s Award from Chicago Medical School. After completing his internship at the Yale University division of Norwalk Hospital,
he completed his ophthalmology residency at Montefiore Hospital Medical Center, where he remains a Clinical Instructor. Michael is the past-president of the Bronx County Medical Society, where his father had been president years before him. Both doctors are certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and are Fellows of the American College of Surgeons. Their services include micro-incision sutureless cataract and lens-implant surgery, LASIK, treatment for macular degeneration and dry eyes, and laser procedures for glaucoma and diabetic vision impairment.
