Completing the extensive renovation of two high-rise office buildings totaling 350,000 square feet, this project exemplifies a revitalization strategy. Employing
a phased approach, the buildings remained occupied during construction, highlighting the significant challenges successfully overcome. The project team utilized a collaborative approach to achieve success, driven by Wohlsen Construction. The collaboration was proactively done via their mobile app Fieldlens, which allowed real-time communication and updates to project tasks.
