Christiana Hospital Patient Kitchen Renovation
With this project an immediate challenge faced the hospital and subsequently the contractor: How do you renovate a patient kitchen while constantly maintaining round- the-clock meal preparation and service to thousands of patients? The challenges were successfully overcome using a sensible phased approach to the construction/ renovation. This project exemplifies the synergy of teamwork from
