Preserving while revitalizing a significant piece of Delaware’s
history provides unique challenges. Using innovative construction techniques, this project exemplifies
the synergy of preserving the past and implementing state of the art technologies and functions ensuring
the buildings’ vibrancy
for years to come. Howard was a two-phase project with one phase focusing
on the Annex and the
other focusing on the
Main Building.
