RYE What was a smaller butler’s pan- try and closet were combined to create a large butler’s pantry, which was part of a full-home renovation. The designer used a glossy blue finish for the cabinets and glass tile for the backsplash. Nickel hardware and a nickel faucet add a bit of glamour.

DOBBS FERRY The homeowners wanted
a quiet place to enjoy the serenity of the Hudson River as it flows in the near dis- tance. Approximately 500 sq ft of outdoor living space was completed with a Renson pergola unit with motorized drop screens and LED light- ing in the columns and roofline. With a com- plete outdoor kitchen, the homeowners can entertain anywhere.
