CHAPPAQUA The designer did a gut renovation of the existing kitch- en and added a mudroom, walk-in pantry, and butler’s pantry to create more space and functionality. The floor was hand-cut, and the gray, black, and white palette is classic yet modern. Finishing details include a mirrored backsplash in the butler’s pantry, brass hardware, and a brass light fixture.

LINK INTERIORS
SCARSDALE This kitchen was a complete transformation. Modern touches combined with warm wood tones and a black stone fireplace create the perfect spot to gather and entertain. Black hardware and sleek appliances along with natural wood cabinetry give it a mod- ern-farmhouse look.

COASTLINE MODERN HOUSE
MAMARONECK This open space includes a living room, dining room, sitting area, and kitchen. An abundance of glass doors opens to an outdoor entertaining space. The lines and material choices were kept clean and streamlined, creating the ultimate modern, functional hub for the family.
