BRIARCLIFF MANOR The focus of this project was to make the 1,428-square-foot basement into a complete play space for the homeowners’ three daughters and their friends. The finished space is a complete kids’ zone, with newly designed built in lockers to hold crafting supplies, a tented reading nook, a dress-up area, a seating area for the family to curl up and watch movies, and a custom climbing wall with a hand-painted mural. Bonus, there is a custom built “modern farmhouse style” secret room under the stairs.

RYE The goal in this
Rye home was to create a playful, educational, and functional space for the client’s children. This large room above the garage
was adapted to create three separate spaces, including a place to play, quietly read, and have sleepovers. With lots of custom millwork,
the team created two upholstered trundle beds, bordered with book shelves, as well as ambient and
task lighting. The play area includes storage for toys as well as two circular reading nooks for cozy, quiet time.
