PELHAM Having moved back to the States after nearly a decade in Europe, the homeowners wanted to bring European inspiration into their home. This third-floor guest suite/living space offers a new traditional aesthetic, with a nod to the latest design trend, cottagecore. Evoking the feeling of a European cottage, this space is enveloped in a soft-green paint color.
A curated selection of European fabrics was shipped to the designer’s workroom to create the custom window treatments, seat cushions, pillows, and bedding. Natural textures were used throughout, including wrought iron, wicker, glass, and linen, to complete the look.

SCARSDALE The demand for furniture-quality rift white oak led to the palette for this design. The double vanity, built of furniture-grade rift oak, provides open and closed storage. The contrasting oil-rubbed bronze hardware and mirrors contrast the satin-brass plumbing and electrical fixtures, the perfect example of mixing materials. The use of porcelain herringbone floor
tiles, large-format wall tiles, and white-quartz slabs ensures maximum durability, and the marble-mosaic floor in the shower provides a graphic contrast.
