                                 PRIMARY SUITE
KERRY JACOBS Manor + Woods
RYE The goal for this primary suite was to create a sanctuary for relaxation. The mix of calming colors, like pale grays, whites, and blues, sets a relaxing tone for the space. The designer also brought in textured linens, lighting, wallpaper, and art that elevates the space to have elegance. The designer achieved what the client describes as “complete tranquility... until the kids come in and start jumping!”

RYE In this primary bedroom suite, the designer wanted to bring in the gorgeous water views. They painted the room a light-blue shade and added texture with grasscloth wallpaper on the ceiling. The traditional fireplace mantle was removed to make way for a sleek wall of stone. The shag area rug adds a cozy element to the large space, and his-and-hers chaise lounges were added as a perfect spot to enjoy the view outside. A custom TV was added to the end of the bed, so the view would not be blocked.
