SCARSDALE The bones of
this room were wonderful; it
just needed a refresh and a new vibe. The goal was to create a multipurpose space — a home office and place to relax and unwind. The transformation began when the team removed the heavy and dated details
on the built-ins. Hale Navy by Benjamin Moore was chosen
to refinish the woodwork,
which gave it a modern and
rich look. The window seat
was reimagined by adding a custom bench to fit in the nook. Masculine and handsome fabrics were chosen for the window treatments and upholstered pieces. A modern and minimally textured wallpaper was added behind the sofa, along with sconces, to create a warm and inviting space.

LARCHMONT This dreamy space is nestled on the third floor of this Larchmont home. The windows are a beautiful feature in this space and let in tons of natural light. The floor-to-ceiling drapery and wallpaper accentuates the windows and draws in the eye. An antique writing desk and daybed were added to create the perfect home- office retreat.
