HOW WE MAKE AN IMPACT
Andrus (Julia Dyckman Andrus Memorial)
is dedicated to nurturing robust, promising
futures for children, families, and communities,
fostering stability, enhancing resilience, and rekindling hope. Our expertise lies in equipping children and families with vital skills to effectively navigate and manage intense emotions. We amplify their resources to navigate adversity and address profound emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Grounded in our Sanctuary Model, we provide an array of proactive and rehabilitative services for children.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES
Equity and compassion are at the core of the Andrus mission. With the help of our generous donors, we provide innovative, effective care and support to Andrus adults, children, and families. Here are some ways you can make a difference:
• Annual giving provides support where the need is greatest, making it the most
valuable and frequent form of contribution.
• Specific funds like our Andrus Health Equity Access Fund provide equal access
to the underinsured and uninsured.
• Capital funding to upgrade our facilities on campus in Yonkers/Hastings, and at
our downtown Yonkers and Peekskill locations provides environments in
keeping with innovative care.
• Planned gifts through your will or estate plan provide funding for our children
and families into the future.
