Through a host of transit-oriented development communities, multiple inter-
connected roadways, 43 train stations, three rail lines, and a leading regional airport, navigating to, from and across the county - and country - is easy. A train ride to Manhattan from most parts of Westchester lasts a little more than a half-hour on average.
“The multi-family, multi-use, mixed urban use, transit-oriented development sector is exploding in Westchester. The market is responding to our strengths of a highly-skilled and talented workforce. With the accessibility that Westchester offers, businesses can move their workforce to the jobs they need to fill and provide their employees the quality of life that Westchester offers.”
