Joseph F. Rubacky
Entered USAF duty from the State of New Jersey in 1978. It appears that he received some type of military scholarship during medical school that permitted deferment of active           assignment was to the 31st Medical Group, Tactical Air Command, Homestead AFB, FL, July 1985 – June 1989.
                  assignments include Chairman of Family Practice, Chairman Emergency Medicine and Consultant to the Tactical Air Command Surgeon General. He was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal. He was separated from active duty at Dover AFB in 1993. He noted that he had a great time in the USAF and learned a great deal.
Theodore Saad
In the U.S. Air Force Reserve 1980-1989, and active duty 1989-1993.

Marci Drees
Served in the USPHS from 2002-2004. Continued to serve in the reserves until 2010.

These men and women, wearing the uniform of one of the seven uniformed services from 1955 to the present, continue a legacy of dedication and commitment to our Nation by Delaware physicians from before the birth of the United States of America until the present.
